The management of Oregon House, an office project in Prague 5-ZliÄĆn, is to be handled by JLL. Oregon House offers 13,500 sqm of A-class office premises with names such as Schindler, IKEA and McDonaldĀ“s on the tenant list. The asset manager of the property is AXA Real Estate. āThis instruction is a major achievement for the Jones Lang LaSalle Czech Republic property management team and has enlarged our CEE portfolio under management to over 1.5 millon sqm,ā says Virginie de-Baere, Head of Property Management at Jones Lang LaSalle.
