Brookwood Financial Partners have selected Jones Lang LaSalle as the new lead leasing agents at the Commercial Place I & II office buildings in Fort Lauderdale. Built in 1990, Commercial Place I covers 90,235 square feet of office space while Commercial Place II totals 85,197 square feet and was completed in 1999. Located on West Commercial Blvd., the buildings are located on a 11 acre site and offer 750 parking spaces. Current tenants in the buildings include Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Traveler’s Indemnity, Progressive, Host.net, Atkins Global, and Cisco Systems.
