JLL was named exclusive leasing agent of BUD Offices at Budapest Airport. The scheme offers 8,300 sqm of office space in various buildings and locations between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The airport has become an ideal location for commercial business centers, according to market analysts, with companies in the telecommunications, IT, pharmaceutical and automotive industries showing particular interest.
