Eduard Forejt has been promoted to business development director at JLL. In his new position, he will continue to focus on identifying and securing business opportunities for the office leasing teams (Office Agency and Tenant Representation) while maintaining a close relationship with existing office leasing clients. He will also strengthen the company’s cross-selling activities in the Czech Republic.
Forejt joined JLL in 2005 as a senior negotiator with more than six years of real estate experience. By 2007, he was named head of office agency. He acted on behalf of developers such as Erste Group Immorent CR, Karimpol, J&T Real Estate and Lighthouse Group. He also secured new headquarters for blue chip clients such as PPF Investments, Kooperativa pojišťovna, Bauer Media and Uniqa pojišťovna. Forejt previously worked for King Sturge and ČSOB.
