JLL has entered the Romanian residential market with the launch of the “Living” department at its Bucharest office. The new department will be headed by Andreea Hamza as senior director. She joins JLL from Hagag Development. JLL has been active on the Romanian real estate market since 2007. Last year, the company reported a turnover of €10.9m, up 33.22 percent from the previous year.
