JLL has been selected by the developer Almaria to sell the apartments in the Bica do Olhos residential project that’s nearing completion in Lisbon. Located on the corner of Boavista Street and Travessa Sampaio de Pombal, the “Bica dos Olhos” has 15 apartments ranging in size from 51 and 159 sqm which are being priced at the high end of the market, with selling prices between € 250,000 and €750,000. That reflects a per square meter price of between €4,500 and €4,800. The project involved the complete refurbishment of the entire building and should result in a modern condominium of the highest standards.
