The Silverman Group has selected Jones Lang LaSalle as the exclusive leasing agent for a new Class A office space to be developed in downtown Morristown, N.J. The new 110,000 sqf facility will be built on top of an existing 27,790 sqf retail space at 58 South Street and 10 Pine Street. The two story addition will come with a new 290-space mechanical parking deck to be built behind the building on the site of the current parking lot.
“There are no existing properties in downtown Morristown that can accommodate tenants seeking 30,000 square feet of space,” said JLL VP Jon Compitello. “The Silverman Group is meeting this demand and creating a dynamic new opportunity with this development.”
