Poznań, with 427,800 sqm of modern office stock, is the sixth biggest office market after Warsaw and Kraków in Poland, according to the latest JLL report. In 2016, supply grew by 41,100 sqm and an additional 40,700 sqm is currently under construction. Supply is expected to grow by 22,500 sqm this year, with the majority of that space already secured with pre-leases. “JLL’s team of experts is very active in Poznań. Last year, we represented numerous tenants in concluding lease agreements in the Wielkopolska region’s capital city,” said Karol Patynowski, director of regional markets at JLL. The company worked with GSK Services (2,000 sqm), Rockwool (1,500 sqm), Rehau (700 sqm) and Vorwerk (500 sqm). JLL also took part in lease transactions signed by DnB (300 sqm) and ROQ.AD (200 sqm).
