CPI Property Group (CPIPG), owner of commercial real estate in the Czech Republic, Berlin and the CEE region, has extended its lease agreement with JLL Poland. The company will continue to be headquartered in the myhive Warsaw Spire office building for the next five years.
“The location in the business centre of Warsaw and the first-class facilities offered by myhive Warsaw Spire ensure the comfort of our employees, both in terms of communication and working conditions, which is why we have decided to extend the lease for another 5 years,” comments Mateusz Bonca, CEO of JLL Poland.
myhive Warsaw Spire is one of the most popular and prestigious office addresses in Poland and one of the most important symbols of the capital. Located in Wola, by Plac Europejski, it is perfectly connected to the city centre and other districts. CPI Property Group has been managing the building since mid-2022 as a result of the acquisition of IMMOFINANZ’s majority shareholding. The office building is BREEAM In-Use certified at the Excellent level.
“myhive Warsaw Spire represents the quintessential office address of the highest quality, as evidenced by its established tenants, including large international corporations. The decision to continue the cooperation by an industry expert such as JLL strongly reinforces our belief that myhive Warsaw Spire is a perfect combination of architecture, infrastructure and precisely selected services, providing a wide range of amenities for tenants. An additional advantage is the owner-management model, thanks to which we can react promptly and meet all the needs of our tenants. We would like to thank JLL for the trust and fruitful cooperation so far,” comments Agnieszka Ostrowska, Senior Leasing Manager at CPI Property Group Poland.
