JLL reports that it was involved in over 70 percent of the transactions of purchase / sale of real estate projects this year in Romania and that it conducted around €30m in land transactions, including the one in which Skanska bought land from the company Pumac.
It also writes that its agents were involved in one-third of industrial rental transactions.
Among the companies that have negotiated office space using JLL are Amazon, Deutsche Bank, Honeywell, Enel, AstraZeneca, Colgate / Palmolive, CITR and Microsoft. JLL also represented Prologis in the sale of Prologis Logistic Park to CTP Invest, in the sale of Bucharest West to CTP and in GLL’s acquisition of Floreasca Park from Portland.
