JLL has been tapped to oversee leasing at Porto Office A, the second phase of an office scheme underway in Kraków. The building will add 7,100 sqm of office space and a green patio that will serve as a private garden for tenants to the property. Completion is scheduled for December 2018. In addition to underground parking, there are also plans to develop technical infrastructure in the complex’s vicinity including a bicycle path and traffic lights. The first phase of the project, Porto Office B, offers 5,500 sqm of office and service space. Both buildings were designed by IMB Asymetria.
