Jones Lang LaSalle has been tapped by the Fischer Brothers to lease the 1345 Avenue of the Americas office tower. Located in Midtown Manhattan between West 54th and 55th Streets, the building is a 50 story, two-million square foot tower designed by Emery Roth & Sons. The facility recently underwent modernization of its 30 passenger elevators, which now feature a first-class destination dispatch system, upgraded the HVAC system with energy efficiencies, and enhanced the building security system for its tenants and visitors. Partner Winston Fisher said that “With our reinvention program at 1345 Avenue of the Americas currently underway, we are confident that JLL, in conjunction with our in-house leasing team, will generate a tremendous amount of interest from prospective tenants in a wide range of industries.”
