Jones Lang LaSalle has been selected by Bradley Holdings to lease 600 New Hampshire Avenue, an office building in the Watergate complex in Washington, DC. Positioned adjacent to the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and in walking distance of the Foggy Bottom metro station the facility includes approximately 300,000 sqf across 12 stories. Built in 1972, the 10-acre Watergate complex was the first mixed-use development in the District designed by the Italian architect Luigi Moretti. Bradley Holdings plans extensive renovations, which include a redesigned lobby, common area enhancements, a modern fitness facility, entertainment spaces, and secure bicycle storage.

“The distinctive design, panoramic views and park-like setting position 600 New Hampshire Avenue as a one-of-a-kind opportunity for office tenants in the Nation’s capital,” said Amy Bowser, Managing Director, JLL. “We’re honored to have been selected and look forward to reintroducing this iconic asset to the DC market.”
