JLL has been appointed exclusive leasing agent for Heweliusza 18, an office scheme developed in Gdańsk by Apollo-Rida. The project is part of an office and residential complex developed in the heart of the city, close to the Radunia channel, Hotel Mercure and the Madison shopping center. The 10-floor building will provide 10,000 sqm of class A office space along with underground parking and an extensive infrastructure for cyclists. The first tenants will move in at the beginning of 2019.
