JLL to manage 140 Broadway for Union Investment

Union Investment Real Estate GmbH has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle as the exclusive property manager for 140 Broadway in Lower Manhattan. Built in 1967, the 52-story 1.2 million sqf office tower is located between Liberty and Cedar streets. The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission designated the building as a landmark in 2013 and it features Isamu Noguchi’s Red Cube, a bright red-painted steel sculpture, installed in 1968. “This building is one of Lower Manhattan’s truly unique office towers, with its architecturally distinctive façade and Isamu Noguchi’s famous Red Cube making a bold statement on the plaza,” said Linda Aronson. “JLL’s focus will be on enhancing the services and amenities at 140 Broadway to create an exceptional experience for tenants and guests.
