HB Reavis selected JLL to handle the property management of its West Station I project in Warsaw. The project is the first stage of a 68,000 sqm complex currently under development as a part of the city’s train station revitalization. The scheme will be anchored by Polish State Railways (PKP), which is a partner of HB Reavis in the investment. West Station is located in Warsaw’s central business district on Aleje Jerozolimskie street, near some of the city’s key road arteries. The project calls for the inclusion of 1,100 parking places, and has already been awarded a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
