JLL plans to reestablish its presence in small-scale German cities. The company is set to open a new office in Mannheim on June 1 that will initially focus on office leases. The Mannheim team will be headed by Konstantinos Krikelis, who previously worked for DIC in the region. David Heil, coming from Diringer & Scheidel, will also join the Mannheim office. JLL is also planning to open additional offices in Nuremberg and in the Rhine-Ruhr area.
