Property Group Partners has selected JLL to lead all branding, marketing and office leasing activity at Capitol Crossing in Washington, DC. The 2.2 million sq ft mixed-use development. The project’s five buildings will exceed LEED Platinum certification. The project is expected to include 75,000 sq ft of retail, restaurants and cafes. The property will also offer 1,146 parking spaces and 440 bicycle spots in a four-level underground garage. Designed by Roche John Dinkeloo and Associates, the buildings will feature a cantilevered slab structural system that enables perimeter offices to be column-free. Streetsense has been tapped to lease the retail space.
