Jobcenter, Cologne’s employment office, will be the new anchor tenant at the Blaulicht office building in the city. The lease covers 7,578 sqm of office space as well as 100 parking spaces. The company will move into the building, located on Oskar-Jäger-Strasse, in the fourth quarter of this year. SEB Asset Management owns the building, while KSK-Immobilien and Savills are in charge of leasing.
