Bosnia has become a regional leader in the outsourcing industry, with a licensed Association of Business Leaders branch recently opening in Sarajevo to support local companies find new clients. Last year, 3,000 new jobs were added to the country’s outsourcing market, which currently employs around 12,000 people, according to Jacek Levernes, president of the Association of Business Leaders. Within the next 12 months, that number is expected to climb to 15,000.
