John Lewis plc has agreed to lease 36,500 sqm of offices in 123 Victoria Street, SW1. Following this letting, 123 Victoria Street is now 78 percent let.
John Lewis will be relocating their Partnership Services division on the 2nd and 3rd floors of 123 Victoria Street. Victoria Street now has just 54,400 sqm available of the total 200,000 sqm office space to let. The retail element is fully let.
Other tenants include Jimmy Choo (including Labelux and Bally UK headquarters) and CDC Group.
