John Wijtenburg was appointed vice president of Colliers International’s South Florida office. He will specialize in capital markets, with a focus on hotel and resort investment sales throughout Florida. Wijtenburg brings more than a decade of commercial real estate and finance experience to his new role at Colliers, having conducted underwritings, due diligence and closings on more than $250m worth of hotel real estate over the past five years.
