9 October 2012

Johnson Controls expanded its factory in Mezőlak, which produces metals and mechanisms for car seats such as height adjusters, latches and recliners. The European Union contributed HUF 380m for the expansion, which will add 50 new jobs to the local market. Johnson Controls employs more than 2,500 people in its four Hungarian plants. The company said the Hungarian automotive market is developing and expanding and thinks investing in its regional facilities is a smart move.
