Jordan wants to fast-track plans to build Budapest center

3 October 2012

Zeid Naffa, the Jordanian ambassador in Hungary, said he hopes his country’s plans to build a logistics center in Budapest can finally be fast-tracked after years of bureaucratic delays. Jordan has long wanted to build a logistics center in the Hungarian capital, which would supply the local market, as well as the rest of the European Union with the country’s export products. Naffa cites Hungary’s good geographical location, and its trade-free status within the EU as reasons why Jordan would like to have a logistics hub within the country.
