JRD Development, a member of the JRD Group, has completed the Touškovský háj project on the outskirts of the town of Touškov near Pilsen. The residential area is divided into 94 building plots, which the developer connected to the engineering networks and supplemented with new roads. All plots of land with the possibility of individual construction of a typical family house from Vexta have already been sold.
The Touškovský háj residential area consists of 94 building plots, which complement the sidewalks for pedestrians, sports and leisure playgrounds and greenery. By purchasing them, the owners also gained the opportunity to implement one of the seven types of “turnkey” houses with unifying architectural elements. The main types of buildings from which they had a choice were a single-storey or multi-storey house in layouts 3 + kk to 5 + kk.
“The individual plots of the Touškovský háj project were sold very quickly due to the high demand for building plots. In addition, due to the rocketing prices of building materials, those interested also appreciated the offer to build a typical family house: so far, 12 landowners have bought it. For an individual project, it has recently been much more difficult to obtain a fixed budget, the amount of which will not increase dramatically during implementation,” says Pavel Krumpár, JRD’s sales director.
