The developer JRD has completed the shell and core of Rezidence Michelangelova in Prague 10’s Strasnice district. The low-energy project will offer a total of 27 units along with commercial space once completed in the autumn of 2021. All but three of the units have been sold. The project’s technical parameters include the use of heat pumps that can be used both for heating and for cooling during the summer, while photovoltaic panels and heat recuperation systems will also be installed. The general contractor for the construction is NEO Builder. The project is being built in the vicinity of the Skalka metro station according to the design of the Podlipny Sladky architekti studio. The flats in Rezidence Michelangelova are being built in sizes ranging from one-room studios to 4-bedroom units.
