JRD Development, a member of the JRD Group, has approved its 25th project at the Třebešín Observatory. In the new residential area, there are three houses with 65 apartments, which are adjacent to a private park with a number of leisure elements. The energy passive project with a healthy indoor environment is already completely sold out.
The residential project Na hvězdárně Třebešín grew up near the metro station of line A – Želivského. It consists of three energy-passive houses with a total of 65 healthy apartments. The entrance portals of the buildings bear house signs named after the constellations (Andromeda, Capricorn, Orion, Aquarius, Sagittarius and Cassiopeia). Views from the apartments open to a private park with play elements, including children’s climbing frames similar to spacecraft and astronaut trainers, or a garden house with a dome and binoculars. The project also includes facilities for cyclists and preparation for individual installation of charging stations for electric cars.
“We have already seen strong interest in living at the Třebešín Observatory in pre-sales: as in other projects, such as the Bohdalec Quartet and the Imperial Vineyard. This is due not only to the growing popularity of healthy and quality housing, but also to the fact that people are increasingly buying apartments from proven companies on so-called paper. Many of them are thus trying to prevent the rapid rise in real estate prices, which is taking place, according to the results of research by our analytical department, also depending on the individual phases of the project. The new apartment, which will last in the offer until its completion, will increase in price by at least 7.5% on average,“ says Pavel Krumpár, JRD’s sales director.
The Na hvězdárně Třebešín project is located in a locality with rich civic amenities, which offers many opportunities for active leisure, including the Hector sports complex and Malešický park: the largest public park in Prague 10. Residents will find a playground, circuit for cyclists, an exercise park for seniors, a water cascade and a reserved area for walking dogs.
