JRD has started construction of low-energy Na Výsluní Villa

Czech developer JRD has commenced construction of a new passive residential building. Na Výsluní Villa situated in a quiet location of Prague-Strašnice district comprises 15 luxury apartments ranged from 2 to 5 rooms with kitchenettes (54 sqm to 119 sqm). Architectural design of the project, which has Energy Certificate A, comes from Podlipný Sladký Architekti atelier. Almost one half of residential units has been already sold. The planned date of completion is autumn of 2014. JRD was the first developer in the Czech Republic focused on the construction of low-energy residential buildings. Currently, the company is the low-energy and passive housing market leader in the CR.
