JRD company, Czech market leader in the low-energy and passive housing market, has started the Phase I of the Park Hloubětín project which is to be completed in the 4.Q of 2014. It is currently the largest Czech residential project of passive standard. It was awarded the ˮCzech Energy and Environmental Project of the Year 2011ˮ. JRD has also started to sell the flats of the Phase II the construction of which is to begin in June 2014. Park Hloubětín comprises 125 flats ranging from 48 m2 – 119 m2, each of them with balcony or terrace. Also the inner park of 3,000 m2 with play elements for children and areas for sports is a part of the project.
