Juraj Nevolnik will be a speaker at the 18th edition of CEDES Real Estate Conference to take place on 23rd May, at Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel, in Bratislava.
2017 Juraj Nevolník become the new Managing Director for Slovakia at Penta Real Estate. Previously he has worked as Development Director, a position where he was responsible for the preparation of projects, from the basic concept to the actual construction.
Juraj started working for Penta in 2010 as a student. While working in the real estate division, he was part of several successful projects, e.g. he was responsible for the development of the residential part of Bory or the Rosum office project. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the STU, during his studies he interned in a foreign studio. He also completed an additional education in the financial field.
Penta is a Central European investment group established in 1994. It operates mainly in healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail, media and real estate development. Its portfolio companies provide jobs to more than 41,000 people and reported assets of EUR 12 billion in 2021.
