The Scandinavian retailer JYSK continues its expansion in Romania and opens a new store in Buzau, reaching 142 units in the country. The new store is located in Buzău, on Calea Eroilor, near Kaufland. With a total area of 1260 sqm, JYSK Buzău Eroilor is the second JYSK store in the city.
In the coming months, JYSK will continue to open new stores and upgrade older stores. The store in Târgu Secuiesc was remodeled and reopened on May 16, and other stores, including those in Iași, Alexandria, Brăila, Deva and Mediaș, will undergo a remodeling process in the summer.
JYSK inaugurated the first store in Romania in 2007, in Oradea. The Scandinavian retailer currently has 138 stores and 1,170 employees.
