Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority, the Association of Hungarian Insurance Companies and the Hungarian Consumer Protection Association has awarded its first-ever prize of consumer friendly insurance companies. Although the prize sounds like an oxymory, seven companies actually submitted applications for juding in which they responded to 10 questions concerning arrangements they had in place to ensure their consumer comfort. K&H won the award, but insurance Allianz and Generali-Providencia did manage to pick up certificates of merit.
