K. Hovnanian Homes has broke ground on a 538-home project called Four Seasons at Parkland. The 55-and-over community will offer homes ranging in size from 2,000 to 3,600 square feet with prices starting in the $400,000 range. The site, located along Loxahatchee Road, will feature 12 decorated model homes to help lure buyers. This is the second community that K Hovanian has built in South Florida for the over-55 set, after its Delray Beach scheme sold out last year. K. Hovanian is partnering with New York-based real estate investor GTIS Partners for the project.
