Zagreb Brewery invested €1.5m through its daughter company K Pivovar into the microbrewery in Vukovar, eastern Croatia. The funds will go toward new equipment for the brewery’s production plant that will help increase the brewery’s annual capacity. “After the opening of the production plant, our investments haven’t stopped. We’ve been thinking about the further modernization of production, especially in the direction of increasing production capacities, and we’re extremely happy that we finally realized it. With this investment, we want to give this beer the place on the market that it deserves,” said Maria Duvnjak, managing director of K Pivovari.
