Civic Platform (PO) has decided to put the opposition leader Jarosław Kaczyński (PiS) and former Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro before the Tribunal of State in connection with the death of Barbara Blida. The former Minister of Construction (SLD) was found dead in 2007 during a search of her house in the city of Siemianowice Śląskie by Internal Security Agency officers. She was suspected of taking bribes while in office and the official conclusion that eventually emerged was that she’d committed suicide. Zbigniew Ziobro was a Justice Minister in Kaczynski’s government from 2005 to 2007.
