Kajima was tapped to oversee construction of 7R Park Wrocław. The Japanese general contractor already broke ground on the first stage of the facility which will offer 10,000 sqm of warehouse space. Completion is set for the first quarter of 2019. The cost of the investment was not disclosed. Kajima specializes in general construction projects, including logistics, warehousing, production as well as industrial facilities. The company employs 150 people in Wrocław and Warsaw.
