KanAm Grund Group has purchased the ABC-West office building in Frankfurt for the institutional Fokus SĂĽddeutschland Fund. The 13,300 sqm property has 9 tenants and offers 275 underground car parking spaces in the City West sector of Frankfurt. ABC-West market’s the fund’s ninth property and increases the share of office category properties by 8 percentage points to 53 percent. Tenants include Alliance Healthcare Deutschland, Deutsche Bahn, and Consense. The Fokus SĂĽddeutschland Fund is one of a growing number of KanAm Grund Group real estate special funds. With investments in Munich, Stuttgart and Frankfurt, the fund holds investments in the three capitals of the Southern German states. Its investors are mainly banks and savings and loans institutions from the region, concentrates on Germany’s strongest economic regions in the South.
