Building B of Skanska’s Kapelanka 42 office project in Kraków has received an official occupancy permit. The scheme includes two buildings (Building A is still under construction) offering a total of 30,000 sqm of office space. Each of the buildings will offer nine stories above ground and three underground levels. Skanska is the general contractor. Skanska Property Poland is responsible for commercialization. Tenants include Tesco and Apriso. The project was designed by Medusa Group.
