Kaplan Construction, a WBE general contractor and construction management firm has announced that Sean Lepore has been promoted to project manager. Lepore’s first first project as manager is for the 73,000 sf interior renovation for 40 Berkeley, a popular hotel/hostel hybrid in Boston’s historic South End. Prior to joining Kaplan, Lepore served as a superintendent with Turner Construction. Lepore holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and has a Construction Supervisors License (MA CSL), and is OSHA certified.
“Sean has achieved this promotion by not only being highly qualified with a breadth of experience, but also because he maintains excellent relationships with clients,” said Nate Peck, president of Kaplan Construction. “Sean gives his full attention to each and every detail, whether working on a high profile project or a smaller renovation. His knowledge of the field and his talent with Building Information Modeling (BIM) are a real asset to Kaplan.”
