KAR Properties has submitted documentation to Miami’s Planning Department for its new project Miami River. The plans call for twin 60 story towers topping out at 779 feet that connect at the top. The lower portion of the towers will be dedicated to condo use while the upper portions will be put to a mix commercial, lodging and residential uses. In total, the project will have 402 residential units, 58,063 square feet of commercial space and 516 parking spaces. Rafael Vinoly is the architect for project.
