Karen Weller has joined the Housing Trust Group as Chief Financial Officer of the firm’s multifamily development team. Prior to joining HTG, Weller served as Vice President of Accounting for The Related Group and has served as Associate Vice President of Finance at Royal Caribbean Cruises. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA) designation from Canada, and earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. HTG has developed over 7,000 affordable and market rate units in Florida, and has more than 2,000 in the pipeline.
