Karimpol is currently finishing construction works on Skyliner, the flagship investment in Warsaw. The project is located on the Daszynskiego roundabout in the city’s Wola-Centrum busines district and will offer 45,000 sqm of office space on 34 floors, as well as services, retail and restaurants. The project will also feature the two-level Skybar at a height of 165m. The office building is BREEAM Excellent certified. The general contractor of Skyliner is Warbud, while APA Wojciechowski studio is responsible for the architectural design.
