Karimpol has secured a new tenant at its Equator II office building in Warsaw. The communications company Grayling a signed lease contract for 415 sqm of offices in the project. Several tenants, totalling 5,300 sqm, renewed their leases recently, including Connectis, Railways Infrastructure and Integration Services, Monster Polska, GL Accounting Leader and the American investment fund Westchester. Karimpol says that negotiations are underway for 2,500 sqm of the 3,200 sqm still available. Equator II was built in 2011 and offers 21,300 sqm of GLA, including 400 sqm of retail. The building has a BREEAM In Use Certificate.
