Karimpol has unveiled plans for its new office project, Spectrum Tower, set to go up at the corner of Prosta and Towarowa streets in Warsaw. APA Wojciechowski designed the 190-meter tall office tower, which will add 45,000 sqm of new commercial space to the Warsaw market. The developer expects to secure the building permit for the project next month. The new office building will replace an old tenement house, which was demolished last year. Karimpol’s project will neighbor Skanska’s Generation Park.
