Karisma Hotels & Resorts is scheduled to complete the first phase of its project Holiday Village Montenegro next year in Velika plaza. The work, which involves the reconstruction of the HTP Ulcinj Riviera scheme, will allow the facility to offer 257 new rooms, four swimming pools and a pair of restaurants. In all, the project has three phases and will require an investment of €31.2m. Another 100 new rooms are to be completed by 2019 along with a third restaurant. No schedule has been set for the third phase, but it will involve the construction of another 115 rooms, bringing the hotel complex’s total to 600 along with new sports facilities and an aquapark.
