Karlin Group has completed its Keystone office project, and is set to venture into residential once again, after having sold the 6,500 sqm office project in Prague 8 Karlín to GLL Real Estate Partners. Keystone is nearly 100 percent occupied, with Průmstav, a member of Vinci Construction Group one of its major tenants. Karlin Group will have its office there as well. Works on reconstruction of Kotlárna, a 17,000 sqm refurbished industrial hall in Pernerova street in Karlin are currently underway for the Zdeněk Bakala group. The building would house the Economia publishing company, including the editorial offices of the economic daily Hospodářské noviny. A 120 apartment residential project is currently in te planning stages and Karlin Group wants to develop it together with its partner Ungelt/Spectrum. The high end project will be a next phase of Rivergardens, located along the river Vltava next to River Diamond.
