Karlin Port unveils residential project in Prague’s Hostivar district

10 July 2020

The developer Karlin Port Real Estate is preparing a residential project of 220 apartments in the Hostivar area of Prague together with the real estate investor Jan Dvorak. The company says that although its plans for Vyhledy Kosik began before the pandemic outbreak, it intends to stick to the original completion time of three years. “The total investment will be around CZK 1.2 billion,” said Karlin Port co-owner Milorad Misko Miskovic. “Within a year or a year and a half we plan to begin construction.” Construction financing is being provided by the Austrian bank Waldviertler Sparkasse Bank, while the winner of an architectural tender for the project was the firm ADNS. Miskovic’s partner in Karlin Port Real Estate is Miki Goldshtein, who was known previously from his involvement in the leadership of Neocity Group and Daramis.
