Marvipol Development has selected Karmar to build its W Apartments luxury apartment project located at Siedmiogrodzka street in Warsaw’s Wola district. The contract is worth PLN 77.8m net. The project will offer 210 apartments, eight service outlets and underground parking for 225 vehicles. The apartments, which will all have balconies or terraces, range in size from 30 sqm to 212 sqm. Units on the top floor will also feature mezzanines. Prices start at PLN 570,000 for a 2- room apartment. Completion is set for spring 2021.
