Karol Piekarski has joined Colliers International as regional director in Lublin. Piekarski has vast experience in international commerce. For the last three years, he has worked at Lublin City Hall, where as investor relations manager he was responsible for advising investors from the business services sector and supporting the commercialization of existing office buildings. “Polish regional cities are developing rapidly. They are no longer just satellites of the capital. They are becoming dynamic business centers attracting tenants and investors. Employing an expert in Lublin is a part of our development strategy that we are implementing consistently throughout the country,” said Robert Karniewski, senior partner and director of regional markets at Colliers International.
