Karolia is planning to build a residential complex with 152 flats in Bratislava’s Karlova Ves district. The developer hopes it will be able to break ground in April 2018, with completion scheduled for the end of 2019, writes Trend Reality. The project will feature six apartment buildings on a 20,400 sqm plot, to go up on the green southern slope of Dlhé diely, along Hany Meličkovej street and surrounded by gardens and a forest. The houses will have two to three underground and four above ground levels and will offer 76 units each. The majority of the flats will have two rooms on 48 to 55 sqm. Costs are estimated at €18.5m. Additional projects planned for this location include a 90-unit project, Karloveské terasy, by Czech developer CTR as well as a scheme called Slnečné udolie, which will offer 50 flats.
